This policy covers shipping obligations for sellers, expectations for buyers, and how Purchester handles shipping-related disputes.

1. التزامات البائعين في الشحن

يجب على البائعين شحن العناصر المشتراة خلال 5 أيام عمل من تأكيد الدفع، ما لم يُذكر إطار زمني مختلف في الإدراج. ويجب تغليف العناصر بما يتناسب مع وزن الروبوت أو المكوّن المشحون وقابليته للتلف.

2. التتبع

يجب أن تتضمن جميع الشحنات رقم تتبع صالحًا يُقدم إلى المشتري خلال 24 ساعة من الإرسال. ولا تشمل حماية المشتري الشحنات التي لا تحتوي على تتبع في حال عدم التسليم.

3. شركات الشحن

Sellers may use any reputable carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, or equivalent). For items over 30kg, freight carriers must be used. Purchester provides integrated label creation via EasyPost for domestic US shipments.

4. الشحن الدولي

Sellers are responsible for customs documentation, export declarations, and compliance with export control regulations. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their country. Purchester is not liable for delays caused by customs.

5. تكاليف الشحن وإضافات البائع

Shipping costs are set by the seller and displayed at checkout. Purchester does not mark up shipping fees. For robot-sized items, shipping costs are estimates based on declared dimensions and weight — final carrier charges may vary. Sellers may enable integrated shipping management via a subscription ($299.99/month) or a per-sale fee (1.4% of sale price), which enables EasyPost label creation, tracking, and buyer notifications directly through the platform.

6. التلف أثناء النقل

يتحمل البائعون مسؤولية التغليف المناسب. وإذا وصل عنصر تالفًا بسبب التغليف غير المناسب، يتحمل البائع مسؤولية استرداد الأموال. ويجب على المشترين تصوير التلف عند استلام العنصر. ويمكن بدء مطالبات تأمين شركة الشحن عن التلف أثناء النقل من خلال التواصل مع الدعم.

7. الأطر الزمنية للتسليم

Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Purchester is not liable for carrier delays. If an item has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, contact support to open a non-delivery claim.

8. شحن المرتجعات

For approved refund cases (item not as described), the seller provides return shipping. Purchester will coordinate return labels where possible. Items must be returned within 7 days of refund approval.

9. الوجهات المحظورة

لا يُلزم البائعون بالشحن إلى جميع البلدان. وقد تحدد الإدراجات قيود الشحن. ويحظر القانون التصدير إلى البلدان أو المناطق الخاضعة للعقوبات. وينبغي للمشترين في المناطق المحظورة التأكد من البائع قبل الشراء. راجع سياسة استرداد الأموال الخاصة بنا بشأن المعاملات التي يتعذر تنفيذها بسبب قيود الشحن.
