This policy covers shipping obligations for sellers, expectations for buyers, and how Purchester handles shipping-related disputes.

1. 판매자의 배송 의무

판매자는 등록 상품에 다른 기간이 명시되지 않은 한 결제 확인 후 영업일 기준 5일 이내에 구매 품목을 발송해야 합니다. 발송 품목은 배송되는 로봇 또는 부품의 무게와 파손 위험에 맞게 적절히 포장해야 합니다.

2. 운송장

모든 배송에는 유효한 운송장 번호가 포함되어야 하며, 발송 후 24시간 이내에 구매자에게 제공해야 합니다. 운송장 추적 정보가 없는 배송은 미배송 발생 시 구매자 보호의 대상이 아닙니다.

3. 배송업체

Sellers may use any reputable carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, or equivalent). For items over 30kg, freight carriers must be used. Purchester provides integrated label creation via EasyPost for domestic US shipments.

4. 국제 배송

Sellers are responsible for customs documentation, export declarations, and compliance with export control regulations. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their country. Purchester is not liable for delays caused by customs.

5. 배송비 및 판매자 추가 기능

Shipping costs are set by the seller and displayed at checkout. Purchester does not mark up shipping fees. For robot-sized items, shipping costs are estimates based on declared dimensions and weight — final carrier charges may vary. Sellers may enable integrated shipping management via a subscription ($299.99/month) or a per-sale fee (1.4% of sale price), which enables EasyPost label creation, tracking, and buyer notifications directly through the platform.

6. 운송 중 파손

판매자는 적절한 포장에 대한 책임이 있습니다. 부적절한 포장으로 인해 품목이 파손된 상태로 도착한 경우 판매자가 환불 책임을 집니다. 구매자는 수령 즉시 파손 상태를 사진으로 촬영해야 합니다. 운송 중 파손에 대한 배송업체 보험 청구는 지원팀에 문의하여 시작할 수 있습니다.

7. 배송 기간

Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Purchester is not liable for carrier delays. If an item has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, contact support to open a non-delivery claim.

8. 반품 배송

For approved refund cases (item not as described), the seller provides return shipping. Purchester will coordinate return labels where possible. Items must be returned within 7 days of refund approval.

9. 배송 제한 지역

판매자는 모든 국가로 배송할 의무가 없습니다. 등록 상품에 배송 제한 지역이 명시될 수 있습니다. 제재 대상 국가 또는 지역으로의 수출은 법률로 금지됩니다. 제한 지역의 구매자는 구매 전에 판매자에게 확인해야 합니다. 배송 제한으로 이행할 수 없는 거래에 대해서는 환불 정책을 참조해 주세요.
