These Terms of Service govern your use of Purchester.com and the Purchester platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Penerimaan Ketentuan

By creating an account or using Purchester, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and agree to these Terms. If you are using Purchester on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Pendaftaran Akun

Anda wajib memberikan informasi yang akurat saat mendaftar. Anda bertanggung jawab menjaga keamanan kredensial akun Anda. Segera beri tahu kami jika Anda mencurigai adanya akses tanpa izin. Kami dapat menangguhkan atau menghentikan akun yang melanggar Ketentuan ini.

3. Listing dan Tanggung Jawab Penjual

Penjual wajib memberikan deskripsi yang akurat, termasuk kondisi, spesifikasi, dan kerusakan yang diketahui. Memasang listing barang terlarang, memberikan keterangan produk yang menyesatkan, atau memanipulasi platform dilarang. Penjual bertanggung jawab menyelesaikan penjualan dan mengirimkan barang sesuai deskripsi.

4. Tanggung Jawab Pembeli

Pembeli wajib menyelesaikan pembelian yang mereka mulai. Pembayaran harus dilakukan saat pembayaran akhir. Pembeli bertanggung jawab memastikan kesesuaian produk dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Pembatalan pembayaran atau sengketa pembayaran yang diajukan tanpa menghubungi kami terlebih dahulu dapat mengakibatkan penangguhan akun.

5. Biaya dan Pembayaran

Purchester charges a volume-based platform fee on each transaction, deducted from seller payouts and charged to buyers at checkout. Seller fees start at 7.99% and decrease as cumulative volume grows, down to 2.99% for enterprise accounts. Buyer fees start at 4.99% and decrease similarly. Current fee tiers are displayed on the pricing page. Where Escrow Payments is used, an additional Escrow Payments fee of 1% per transaction applies (or a flat subscription of $299.99/month). We reserve the right to update fee rates with 30 days' notice. Subscription fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Perilaku yang Dilarang

You may not use Purchester to conduct fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; circumvent our fee structure; harass other users; scrape or copy the platform; or list items that are stolen, export-controlled without proper authorization, or otherwise illegal to sell.

6a. Transaksi di Luar Platform

Soliciting or completing transactions outside of the Purchester platform is strictly prohibited. This includes — but is not limited to — sharing contact details (phone number, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, email, or any other channel) with the intent to close a deal off-platform, instructing a buyer to cancel and repurchase through an external channel, accepting direct bank transfers or cash as payment for a Purchester listing, and linking to external storefronts or personal websites as a workaround to avoid platform fees. Any attempt to circumvent the platform transaction system — regardless of the channel used — is grounds for immediate listing removal and permanent account termination. Purchester monitors messaging and listing content for off-platform solicitation signals.

7. Kekayaan Intelektual

Purchester owns or licenses all platform content including design, code, and editorial content. You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, photos) but grant Purchester a worldwide license to display and promote it. Do not upload content you do not have rights to.

8. Perlindungan Pembeli Escrow Payments

Escrow Payments is Purchester's optional buyer protection service. When enabled at checkout, funds are held by Stripe on behalf of Purchester until the buyer confirms receipt or the auto-release window expires. Auto-release fires 30 days after confirmed delivery for Escrow Payments users, or 90 days after delivery for transactions where Escrow Payments was not activated. Manual-release mode allows the buyer to hold funds until they are satisfied the item matches the description. Buyers may freeze funds and open a dispute at any time during the hold window. Escrow Payments does not guarantee item quality — it guarantees the payment process. Purchester is not a party to the underlying sale.

9. Penyelesaian Sengketa

Transaction disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved directly. If unresolved, contact our support team. Purchester may mediate but is not obligated to resolve private disputes. Decisions by Purchester in disputes are final for platform purposes.

10. Batasan Tanggung Jawab

Purchester is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Purchester in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Penyangkalan

Purchester is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your requirements. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Konten Platform — Education, Papers & Guides

Purchester publishes AI-assisted editorial content including news articles, research paper summaries (Education / Papers), and buying guides (Guides). This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated summaries. Research paper summaries link to original sources and do not re-host copyrighted material.

13. Perubahan Ketentuan

Kami dapat memperbarui Ketentuan ini kapan saja. Perubahan material akan diberitahukan melalui email atau pemberitahuan di platform. Penggunaan berkelanjutan setelah perubahan berlaku merupakan penerimaan atas perubahan tersebut. Jika Anda tidak menyetujui Ketentuan yang telah direvisi, Anda harus berhenti menggunakan platform. 14. Hukum yang Berlaku

Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum Polandia dan Uni Eropa jika berlaku. Setiap sengketa tunduk pada yurisdiksi pengadilan di Katowice, Polandia, kecuali hukum perlindungan konsumen di yurisdiksi Anda mengharuskan sebaliknya.
