These Terms of Service govern your use of Purchester.com and the Purchester platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Godkännande av villkoren

By creating an account or using Purchester, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and agree to these Terms. If you are using Purchester on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Kontoregistrering

Du måste lämna korrekta uppgifter vid registreringen. Du ansvarar för att hålla dina inloggningsuppgifter säkra. Meddela oss omedelbart om du misstänker obehörig åtkomst. Vi kan stänga av eller avsluta konton som bryter mot dessa villkor.

3. Annonser och säljarens ansvar

Säljare måste tillhandahålla korrekta beskrivningar, inklusive skick, specifikationer och kända fel. Det är förbjudet att annonsera förbjudna föremål, ge en felaktig bild av produkter eller manipulera plattformen. Säljare ansvarar för att genomföra försäljningar och skicka varor enligt beskrivningen.

4. Köparens ansvar

Köpare måste slutföra de köp de påbörjar. Betalning ska ske i kassan. Köpare ansvarar för att kontrollera att produkterna är lämpliga för det avsedda användningsområdet. Kortreklamationer eller betalningstvister som inleds utan att vi först kontaktas kan leda till att kontot stängs av.

5. Avgifter och betalningar

Purchester charges a volume-based platform fee on each transaction, deducted from seller payouts and charged to buyers at checkout. Seller fees start at 7.99% and decrease as cumulative volume grows, down to 2.99% for enterprise accounts. Buyer fees start at 4.99% and decrease similarly. Current fee tiers are displayed on the pricing page. Where Escrow Payments is used, an additional Escrow Payments fee of 1% per transaction applies (or a flat subscription of $299.99/month). We reserve the right to update fee rates with 30 days' notice. Subscription fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Förbjudet beteende

You may not use Purchester to conduct fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; circumvent our fee structure; harass other users; scrape or copy the platform; or list items that are stolen, export-controlled without proper authorization, or otherwise illegal to sell.

6a. Transaktioner utanför plattformen

Soliciting or completing transactions outside of the Purchester platform is strictly prohibited. This includes — but is not limited to — sharing contact details (phone number, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, email, or any other channel) with the intent to close a deal off-platform, instructing a buyer to cancel and repurchase through an external channel, accepting direct bank transfers or cash as payment for a Purchester listing, and linking to external storefronts or personal websites as a workaround to avoid platform fees. Any attempt to circumvent the platform transaction system — regardless of the channel used — is grounds for immediate listing removal and permanent account termination. Purchester monitors messaging and listing content for off-platform solicitation signals.

7. Immateriella rättigheter

Purchester owns or licenses all platform content including design, code, and editorial content. You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, photos) but grant Purchester a worldwide license to display and promote it. Do not upload content you do not have rights to.

8. Köparskydd med Escrow Payments

Escrow Payments is Purchester's optional buyer protection service. When enabled at checkout, funds are held by Stripe on behalf of Purchester until the buyer confirms receipt or the auto-release window expires. Auto-release fires 30 days after confirmed delivery for Escrow Payments users, or 90 days after delivery for transactions where Escrow Payments was not activated. Manual-release mode allows the buyer to hold funds until they are satisfied the item matches the description. Buyers may freeze funds and open a dispute at any time during the hold window. Escrow Payments does not guarantee item quality — it guarantees the payment process. Purchester is not a party to the underlying sale.

9. Tvistlösning

Transaction disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved directly. If unresolved, contact our support team. Purchester may mediate but is not obligated to resolve private disputes. Decisions by Purchester in disputes are final for platform purposes.

10. Ansvarsbegränsning

Purchester is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Purchester in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Friskrivningar

Purchester is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your requirements. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Plattformens innehåll – Education, Papers och Guides

Purchester publishes AI-assisted editorial content including news articles, research paper summaries (Education / Papers), and buying guides (Guides). This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated summaries. Research paper summaries link to original sources and do not re-host copyrighted material.

13. Ändringar av villkoren

Vi kan uppdatera dessa villkor när som helst. Väsentliga ändringar meddelas via e-post eller ett meddelande på plattformen. Fortsatt användning efter att ändringarna trätt i kraft innebär att du godkänner dem. Om du inte godkänner de reviderade villkoren måste du sluta använda plattformen. Kontakta oss om du har frågor.

14. Tillämplig lag

Dessa villkor regleras av Polens och, där så är tillämpligt, Europeiska unionens lagar. Eventuella tvister ska avgöras av domstolarna i Katowice, Polen, om inte konsumentskyddslagstiftningen i din jurisdiktion kräver annat.
