These Terms of Service govern your use of Purchester.com and the Purchester platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Chấp nhận điều khoản

By creating an account or using Purchester, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and agree to these Terms. If you are using Purchester on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

3. Tin đăng và trách nhiệm của người bán

Người bán phải cung cấp mô tả chính xác, bao gồm tình trạng, thông số kỹ thuật và các lỗi đã biết. Nghiêm cấm đăng bán các mặt hàng bị cấm, xuyên tạc sản phẩm hoặc thao túng nền tảng. Người bán chịu trách nhiệm hoàn tất giao dịch bán hàng và vận chuyển sản phẩm đúng như mô tả.

4. Trách nhiệm của người mua

Người mua phải hoàn tất các giao dịch mà mình đã bắt đầu. Khoản thanh toán đến hạn khi thanh toán đơn hàng. Người mua chịu trách nhiệm xác minh sản phẩm có phù hợp với mục đích sử dụng dự kiến hay không. Việc yêu cầu hoàn tiền qua ngân hàng hoặc tranh chấp thanh toán mà không liên hệ với chúng tôi trước có thể dẫn đến đình chỉ tài khoản.

5. Phí và thanh toán

Purchester charges a volume-based platform fee on each transaction, deducted from seller payouts and charged to buyers at checkout. Seller fees start at 7.99% and decrease as cumulative volume grows, down to 2.99% for enterprise accounts. Buyer fees start at 4.99% and decrease similarly. Current fee tiers are displayed on the pricing page. Where Escrow Payments is used, an additional Escrow Payments fee of 1% per transaction applies (or a flat subscription of $299.99/month). We reserve the right to update fee rates with 30 days' notice. Subscription fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Hành vi bị cấm

You may not use Purchester to conduct fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; circumvent our fee structure; harass other users; scrape or copy the platform; or list items that are stolen, export-controlled without proper authorization, or otherwise illegal to sell.

6a. Giao dịch ngoài nền tảng

Soliciting or completing transactions outside of the Purchester platform is strictly prohibited. This includes — but is not limited to — sharing contact details (phone number, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, email, or any other channel) with the intent to close a deal off-platform, instructing a buyer to cancel and repurchase through an external channel, accepting direct bank transfers or cash as payment for a Purchester listing, and linking to external storefronts or personal websites as a workaround to avoid platform fees. Any attempt to circumvent the platform transaction system — regardless of the channel used — is grounds for immediate listing removal and permanent account termination. Purchester monitors messaging and listing content for off-platform solicitation signals.

7. Sở hữu trí tuệ

Purchester owns or licenses all platform content including design, code, and editorial content. You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, photos) but grant Purchester a worldwide license to display and promote it. Do not upload content you do not have rights to.

8. Bảo vệ người mua bằng Escrow Payments

Escrow Payments is Purchester's optional buyer protection service. When enabled at checkout, funds are held by Stripe on behalf of Purchester until the buyer confirms receipt or the auto-release window expires. Auto-release fires 30 days after confirmed delivery for Escrow Payments users, or 90 days after delivery for transactions where Escrow Payments was not activated. Manual-release mode allows the buyer to hold funds until they are satisfied the item matches the description. Buyers may freeze funds and open a dispute at any time during the hold window. Escrow Payments does not guarantee item quality — it guarantees the payment process. Purchester is not a party to the underlying sale.

Transaction disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved directly. If unresolved, contact our support team. Purchester may mediate but is not obligated to resolve private disputes. Decisions by Purchester in disputes are final for platform purposes.

10. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

Purchester is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Purchester in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Tuyên bố miễn trừ

Purchester is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your requirements. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Purchester publishes AI-assisted editorial content including news articles, research paper summaries (Education / Papers), and buying guides (Guides). This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated summaries. Research paper summaries link to original sources and do not re-host copyrighted material.

13. Thay đổi điều khoản

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật các Điều khoản này bất kỳ lúc nào. Những thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo qua email hoặc thông báo trên nền tảng. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng sau khi thay đổi có hiệu lực đồng nghĩa với việc chấp nhận các thay đổi đó. Nếu không đồng ý với Điều khoản sửa đổi, bạn phải ngừng sử dụng nền tảng. 14. Luật điều chỉnh

Các Điều khoản này chịu sự điều chỉnh của pháp luật Ba Lan và Liên minh Châu Âu trong phạm vi áp dụng. Mọi tranh chấp sẽ thuộc thẩm quyền của các tòa án tại Katowice, Ba Lan, trừ khi luật bảo vệ người tiêu dùng tại nơi bạn cư trú có quy định khác.
