This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the Purchester platform. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

1. 准确的商品刊登

所有商品刊登都必须准确描述所售商品。照片必须展示实际商品。商品状况必须如实说明。已知缺陷必须披露。禁止刊登您不拥有或无意出售的物品。

2. 禁止物品

不得刊登以下物品：赃物、受出口管制且未取得必要授权的物品、武器或武器部件、需要特殊许可证但您未持有的物品、假冒商品，以及在卖家或买家所在司法管辖区内非法销售的任何物品。

3. 禁止操纵

不得操纵搜索结果、创建虚假评价、使用多个账户规避封禁、对自己的商品刊登出价，或从事任何旨在人为抬高或压低价格或信誉评分的行为。

4. 禁止骚扰

请尊重所有用户。禁止骚扰、威胁、歧视性言论和未经请求的商业信息。我们会调查骚扰举报，相关行为可能导致账户立即终止。

5. 平台诚信

不得抓取、爬取或系统性复制平台内容。自动化访问须事先获得书面批准。严禁尝试对平台进行逆向工程、绕过安全措施或干扰平台运行。对于合理的接口访问申请，请联系我们。

6. 完成交易及禁止平台外销售

Sellers must ship items within the stated timeframe after payment is received. Buyers must complete purchases they commit to. Repeated cancellations, non-payment, or failure to ship may result in account restrictions. Sellers are explicitly prohibited from directing buyers to complete any transaction outside of Purchester — including via WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, email, direct bank transfer, or any other external channel. Buyers who are solicited off-platform must report this immediately via the Report function. Off-platform solicitation by a seller will result in immediate account suspension and listing removal.

7. 举报违规行为

如果您遇到违反本政策的商品刊登或用户，请使用商品刊登或用户个人资料中的举报功能，或联系我们的支持团队。我们会调查所有举报并采取适当措施。

8. 违规后果

违反本政策可能导致警告、下架商品、暂时暂停账户或永久终止账户，具体取决于违规严重程度。包括欺诈在内的严重违规行为将报告给相关主管部门。如需对审核决定提出申诉，请联系我们。
