Before you enter the marketplace, read and acknowledge each pledge. These rules protect every member of the Purchester Family — buyers and sellers alike.
01我不会在平台外交易
I will never ask, accept, or arrange to complete a deal outside of Purchester — no WhatsApp, Telegram, bank transfer, or any other external channel.
02我会如实刊登商品
我发布的每条商品刊登都会准确描述商品——使用真实照片、说明真实状况并披露所有已知缺陷。不发布虚假、被盗或描述失实的商品。
03我不会刊登违禁物品
我不会刊登赃物、未经授权的受出口管制硬件、武器、仿冒部件，或任何在我方或买方所在司法管辖区内非法销售的物品。
04我会履行自己的承诺
作为卖家，付款到账后我会在注明的时限内发货。作为买家，我不会放弃自己发起的购买。我的承诺就是契约。
05我不会操纵平台
不发布虚假评价，不对自己的商品刊登进行抢拍，不通过重复账户规避封禁，不人为抬高或压低价格。我会公平竞争。
06我会尊重每一位成员
骚扰、威胁、歧视性言论和未经请求的垃圾信息不属于这个社区。我会以希望被对待的方式对待他人。
07我不会规避费用
Platform fees fund the infrastructure, fraud protection, and support that make Purchester safe. Attempting to dodge them — in any form — is a breach of trust.
08我会本着诚信解决争议
If something goes wrong I will communicate directly and honestly first. I will contact Purchester support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
09我不会抓取或滥用平台
我不会抓取商品刊登、对平台进行逆向工程、未经许可自动访问平台，或以任何方式干扰平台运行。
10I understand Purchester is not a party to my deals
Purchester provides the marketplace infrastructure. The sale contract is between me and the other party. I take responsibility for my own due diligence.
11我会举报亲眼见到的违规行为
如果我看到平台外招揽交易、虚假商品刊登或骚扰行为，我会使用举报功能。沉默会纵容不良行为者——维护这里的安全也有我的一份责任。
12我接受违规会导致永久封禁
我明白，严重违规行为——欺诈、平台外销售、骚扰——会导致账户立即终止，并可能被报告给相关主管部门。故意违规不接受申诉。
